Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer
  • 1 beetroot, boiled and sliced
  • Mixed salad greens(spinach, lettuce)
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil (1-2 Tbsp)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Slice paneer into steaks; grill or pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Arrange salad greens on a plate; top with beetroot slices and paneer steaks.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil; season with salt & pepper before serving.
