Horsegram Kebabs

Ingredients:
- 1 cup horse gram (kulthi), soaked and boiled
- ½ cup boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Coriander powder and cumin powder to taste
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Drain the soaked horse gram and mash it with boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Add onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and spices; mix well.
- Shape the mixture into kebabs.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
