Ingredients:

  • 1 cup horse gram (kulthi), soaked and boiled
  • ½ cup boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder and cumin powder to taste
  • Oil for frying
Horsegram kebabs

Method:

  • Drain the soaked horse gram and mash it with boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  • Add onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and spices; mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into kebabs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney.
