  • 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  • In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, honey/maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
