- 1 cup moong dal (split green gram), soaked for 4 hours
- 1/2 cup urad dal (black gram), soaked for 4 hours
- 2 tbsp yogurt/curd
- Salt to taste
- Tempering: mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves

Method:
- Blend soaked dals into a smooth batter with yogurt and salt.
- Pour the batter into a greased steaming tray.
- Steam for about 20 minutes until cooked.
- For tempering, heat oil in a pan; add mustard seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves.
- Pour tempering over the cooked dhokla.
