Nachni Paneer Pancake
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Quantity: 9 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ragi (nachni/red millet) flour
- ½ cup grated low-fat paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 Tbsp besan(bengal gram flour)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped coriander
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- ½ tsp ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- 21/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking
Cooking Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency using enough water
- Heat a non-stick tawa and grease it lightly using the ¼ tsp of oil
- Pour a ladleful of the batter on the non-stick tawa and spread it in a circular motion to make 5” diameter circle
- Cook, using ¼ tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make more chilas
- Serve hot with coriander green garlic chutney
